I had stopped going to this Sonic but when I saw the new management sign I decided to give it another shot. Mobile ordering was on, and my order was correct and ready when I pulled up. The drive through speaker and some of the stalls still need repaired but my experience was night and day better than before.
Jimmy was very nice.. it's sad people are so rude and don't realize they are short handed most of the time. When we do order food it is fresh and hot. We appreciate you guys for showing up to work today. The CEO of this place needs to step up and help your employees. They are trying there hardest they need your help renovating the place and getting them enough help. My five stars is for the employee that was treated unfairly by customers and getting yelled at infront...
Was in the drive through waiting on somebody with a large order. The guy at the window apologized for the wait and gave us our drinks for free! Always good customer service and friendly staff when we visit :)
