Online says there is a drive through, but we could not find where that would be possible?? So we parked and went inside the store. Staff was friendly, but my husband and i both had hot coffee pouring out of our cups all over us before we even got back to the car, right outside the door.

Set my husband in to go get me an iced drink and he came out with a drink with no ice, yeah we have ice at home but they should have never served it in the first place they topped it off with all milk and since mine was matcha they barely put any in cuz they couldn't shake it with ice smh. Should've just told him to go to the other Starbucks in town.

We love grabbing something yummy here! Wish they had a little more space. The sitting area is usual full of people waiting for their order that there isn't a spot to sit at times. Just proof, it's a popular place. We usually get our order and shop! So good!

For what happened today 12/8/2023 I can't give less than a 5. I wish I knew who to assign it to but I didn't see their name tag but they had short blonde hair and a very positive demeanor. I brought my girls right before picking up their dad and had forgotten my wallet but knew I had mobile pay set up. I couldn't find it when I turned on my phone and tried to get it running so we could be on our way and out of the other patrons' way. As I was getting it figured out the nice lass as described above had already paid for me. I had to make sure my girls thanked her and I thanked her profusely. I tried purchasing gum at the checkout so I can cashback and pay her back immediately but I didn't get a prompt for cashback. Thank you so much stranger, you didn't have to do what you did.

10/29/23 My wife and I came in to Starbucks. She ordered a pink drink for our son and then ordered her coffee. When it was my turn to order I told the cashier that I wanted the same as her. When we got our drinks they game me a large pink drink. I understand the confusion but when we told them the barista threw the drink in the sink and went and got the manager and the manager yelled from the back “I love dealing with rude people”. I feel like we were not being rude at all just wanted to tell them that it was the wrong drink.

Very fast service, wrong drink. I ordered no whip and not the crumble drink. They put whip on it AND it was the crumble. I will say they made it incredibly fast.
