There’s always two people working at this Starbucks but there is only ever one person making the drinks and taking the orders at the same Time. I would go to the other Starbucks in Scottsbluff and avoid this one if possible. They don’t really care that much about the customers.

The customer service was great. I was there at the last minute to get a drink for the road and she was so kind and understanding. She made me a great drink even thought it was at closing time.

Online says there is a drive through, but we could not find where that would be possible?? So we parked and went inside the store. Staff was friendly, but my husband and i both had hot coffee pouring out of our cups all over us before we even got back to the car, right outside the door.

Set my husband in to go get me an iced drink and he came out with a drink with no ice, yeah we have ice at home but they should have never served it in the first place they topped it off with all milk and since mine was matcha they barely put any in cuz they couldn't shake it with ice smh. Should've just told him to go to the other Starbucks in town.

We love grabbing something yummy here! Wish they had a little more space. The sitting area is usual full of people waiting for their order that there isn't a spot to sit at times. Just proof, it's a popular place. We usually get our order and shop! So good!

For what happened today 12/8/2023 I can't give less than a 5. I wish I knew who to assign it to but I didn't see their name tag but they had short blonde hair and a very positive demeanor. I brought my girls right before picking up their dad and had forgotten my wallet but knew I had mobile pay set up. I couldn't find it when I turned on my phone and tried to get it running so we could be on our way and out of the other patrons' way. As I was getting it figured out the nice lass as described above had already paid for me. I had to make sure my girls thanked her and I thanked her profusely. I tried purchasing gum at the checkout so I can cashback and pay her back immediately but I didn't get a prompt for cashback. Thank you so much stranger, you didn't have to do what you did.
