The customer service was great. I was there at the last minute to get a drink for the road and she was so kind and understanding. She made me a great drink even thought it was at closing time.
Online says there is a drive through, but we could not find where that would be possible?? So we parked and went inside the store. Staff was friendly, but my husband and i both had hot coffee pouring out of our cups all over us before we even got back to the car, right outside the door.

Time. I would go to the other Starbucks in Scottsbluff and avoid this one if possible. They don’t really care that much about the customers.
