I have no complaints and service is an 8.5 put of 10, but I always feel so rushed and like I'm bothering them a bit.I know it's fast food, and as an ex subway manager in several different locations, I understand there is a lot of work behind the scenes, so it can be a frustrating when trying to do so much. Honestly, theyre not rude or anything, but just feel as much as in theren a friendly hello or just a bit more personality would be nice.You DO have one young man who nails the customer service part. I was only served by him twice, and the second time was about 2 months after the first and he REMEMBERED me AND my order! Now that is top notch customer service and making me feel valued.Overall this is a great subway! And I'll keep going back.Vegetarian options: Great option for a true vegan or vegetarian and a wonderful veggie pattie!Dietary restrictions: They seem to be able to work with almost all restrictions, although no gluten-free options other than salad. I know that's not a popular thing, though in a small town might be hard to offer.Kid-friendliness: A safe space for kids“
