Taco Bell is one of my favorite places on this earth however, this location in particular struggles quite a bit with listening to the extra details of your order. It’s far more rare for them to get my order right than it is for them to make a mistake. That’s why I feel like I have to make this review. If a customer asks not to put something on their order it is up to the kitchen staff to make sure that that ingredient does not end up in an order. It is also up to kitchen staff to make sure that the right ingredients are being used in a particular order. It’s one thing to have to go in and ask them to change my order every once in a while, but it’s a completely different thing when I have to do it almost every single time.

0 stars. This “manager” refused to help me. I ordered online and the payment pulled from my account then he refused to make the order OR refund me. I never raised my voice, I was polite, calm and collected. He, on the other hand, raised his voice at me, was shaking, calling me names and threatened me. All I wanted was help. He said I needed to get help online but I didn’t know how, and when I simply asked for his help to show me, he refused and proceeded to call me names and told me to leave. I don’t really understand. If you want to be a manager, you shouldn’t be allowed to call customers names and belittle them. I’m absolutely appalled.

My brother-in-law went through the drive-through and got a couple of tacos with some fries. The lady working, the drive-through was rude, grabbing the money and scrummaging through the bag when I told her that she was missing something.

Probably quite literally the worst Taco Bell around. I don't understand how you can mess up making a taco, but they have somehow figured it out and became a pro at it. Also, every single time I come here, something is missing from the order. The Mexican pizza shells were burnt, chalupa wasn't cooked, and the nachos barely had any toppings on them. And to top it off, today the employee with the goatee and tattoos on his left forearm/wrist was sitting in his black car getting high. We literally watched him while sitting in the drive thru line. I also confirmed that when I had to go back in and get my missing items. The dude was spun out of his mind. I'd avoid this place at all costs because clearly there is a lack in pride and management.

Highly disappointed with the Y2K order I received from Taco Bell. I ordered double decker tacos and they hardly put any beans on the tortilla just enough to glue it to the taco shell barely. Definitely not a throwback but was pure trash
Went through the drive-up and they shorted us a burrito, gave us no sauce packs- even though we requested two different kinds- and no napkins. Plus the food was, well, typical Taco Bell. Barely edible. I won't be back.

Staff here sucks. They are always so rude. I thought they'd do better when they opened back up but they're still just as rude. Food is decent enough, but it's almost like they never cook their tortillas.

Got a bean burrito and a mexican pizza at the drive through. Good service, fast response. Bean burrito fine. Mexican pizza had two burnt tortillas, inedible. This was the first time I've been here since it reopened, and will be the last. Yet another Scottsbluff restaurant crossed off the list of acceptable food.

Went Thur drive Thur ok 7-18-2025 order a 5 box I order it with out sour cream had sour cream staff at window was nice but this isn’t the first time my order has been messed up
