I dont understand the point of ordering online if we are just going to be made to wait when going to the PICK-UP window. (Key word: PICK-UP)
I ordered my food online and left as soon as I got the text that it was ready thinking it was going to be a quick trip. Nope, it turned into a 25 minute wait behind car that JUST ordered at the window. So not only was I waisting my time but my food was nice and cold by the time I got to it. I had to get off and go inside to get my food so I could return to work on time.
Not to mention the attitude that came from the girls working the front. As if it was an impostion for them to do their job.
Worst pickup order experience I have ever had. So disappointing considering I typically enjoy TDOs food and service. Will definitely be going else where to spend $80 on a PICK-UP order.

Quiet, Cozy, and some amazing food. Smother anything on the menu in their pork chili, you won't regret it.
The place was clean and looked nice. The food was bland but not terrible.. They asked for a tip but it was more of a fast food style restaurant so in my opinion no tip was needed.

I usually get great meals from Taco De Oro, but for some reason by the time I got home @ 12:15 pm the TDO I called to get to go was mushy and cold by the time I got home which is 6 blocks away! The shell was all disheveled and soggy and everything was cold. I think they gave me one that someone else didn't pick up!

All employees sitting down in the lobby when walked in, no hello or welcome in.. floors and tables were gross.. Sat at the table the whole 30 mins we were there..

Food was mediocre at best. I waited over 30 minutes for my drink, only to be told several times “they’re still making it.” I asked for a refund. Did not get the sales tax refunded, nor any of the tip. Not impressed

Now normally I absolute LOVE TDOs, but tonight I was shocked at how my family and I were treated when we went to TDOs twenty minutes before eight. Now I’ve also worked in plenty of restaurants where I’ve had customers come in two minutes before I closed and have NEVER told someone they “had to order to go because I was closing.” I’m from Scottsbluff and don’t make it home very often. But when I do, TDOs is and has always been the place to go out to eat with family and kids. I was extremely disappointed in how we were turned away 15 minutes before closing. TDOs is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. Very sad this trip I won’t be eating here.
