Food was great, some family let there kid run around the whole place. 2 of the employees must of been going at it ( 2 grown women) there boss was talking to them in the booth far to the right and other then that service was okay

I love taco John's but today was a bit different. I ordered a super potato ole and i could tell it wasnt made fresh like all the other times. The texture of the potato olé were really soft and the whole thing wasnt even hot like usual. You could tell the difference..you could tell it was sitting there for a bit. Now it will be iffy to stop back .. will have to think about it twice. Or non at all.

Even when we had a Taco John's much closer to home we always drove to the one in Scottsbluff. We still drive there because they have the food that we like, a lot! The staff are also pleasant every time.

I was wanting some taco johns tonight but it was after 9 so I checked the hours on google before going to get some food. The google page says they close at 11, but I pulled into the drive thru at 9:30 and was told by the boy working that they were closed. I tried to inform him that the hours online are incorrect and he didn’t respond. I drove around the front of the building to try and see the hours on the door and saw that there was a dasher inside picking up an order. I looked on DoorDash and it also said they were still open. Either the google and DoorDash are wrong or these kids are lazy and rude.

Ordered tacos in drive thru went to eat them not even two minutes later meat was ice cold they could've just said hey were heating up meat it's not ready at this time then wouldn't have wasted 15 bucks for nothing. Last visit there order was wrong called they said we'll leave you name here you can stop in and get replacement but went there 2 days later didn't have my name anywhere

When the staff asks if youre willing to wait for oles, to which you reply yes, to which they still hand you the incorrect order. Why bother ordering when they treat your food like a surprise box?

I ordered a meat and potato burrito and it was like soup on a tortilla, I was driving so I wasn't going to go back when I started eating it.
Bad customer service. Supervisor said she was new.. Definitely didn’t act like a supervisor.

Stopped for a snack on the way home at 5. 3rd in line at the drive thru, waited 14 minutes for a medium potato oles. Food was cold when we got it, no napkins. I went inside and demanded hot potato oles. Girl behind counter had attitude about it, but did replace them. Still no napkins. Driving home I had a couple, but they were too salty for me, so my wife ate almost all of them. 3 hours later and my wife has thrown up twice and feels like she has food poisoning. We were in Scottsbluff, Nebraska - don't go to Taco John's in that town.
