I got tacos and quesadille and I can say it was amazing. This is best tacos restaurant in the USA.

We ordered through drive through here, and they repeated our order back to us right but when they handed us our food, we were missing an olé. We told them, they got upset with us and made us buy another one. We wanted no seasoning on them yet they still put it on. They were so rude and I don’t recommend. The employees are b words.

We went thru the drive thru. We ordered 2 soft shell tacos & 2 hard shell tacos & a large potato ole with cheese.$19 & 1 soft shell & 1 hard shell didn't have any meat in them at all. I want to warn Taco johns that they will put themselves out of business by operating this way. Sad cause they actually have good food.

At 10:50 this morning my son and I went in the lobby to order food, three workers were there, one of them, the manager had horrible music playing extremely loudly and was singing along at the top of lungs, making everyone including her workers uncomfortable. NEVER going back, I feel for anyone who has to tolerate this obnoxious manager.

Came through the drive through on 3/26/25 at 8:25pm and ordered a super taco no tomatoes, which I’m allergic to & it had tomatoes. I parked & walked inside to get a corrected taco. The young man at the drive thru argued that I didn’t say no tomatoes and demanded I show my receipt, even though I told him the receipt didn’t say no tomatoes. When I said the receipt is in my car, he said “GO GET IT!” When I came back with the receipt, he said he didn’t hear me say no tomatoes and handed me a new taco. Very rude & poor customer service. I won’t be back.

Went in the morning to eat breakfast Friday the 13th. The lady at the front counter was rude and more worried about the drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get our food. And when we did get it they still missed orange juice on the order that I had to ask for. We weren't the only ones In the lobby waiting on food. I guess you gotta be lazy and use the drive thru before you get good service. Maybe if your gonna make people wait so long put up some TVs in the lobby instead of the awful music.

The unfortunate part of this restaurant is it is so hit or miss. Sometimes you will get okay service, but most times you get the sloppiest food. Potatoes oles stale and halfway full, chicken burrito with a teaspoon of meat on it. And watered down beef in their tacos that it literally leaks all over the bag. I also don't know why they ask you for sides for your oles they never give them to you. And 2 packets of hot sauce for a 6 pack and a pound. Just overall sloppy and terrible quality. 7 times out of 10.

This restaurant actually charges 25 cents for a cup to have a drink of water. Bad plan! They also apparently keep a tight reign on napkins and plastic table ware. Why so cheap?
I went in for lunch today and they weren’t terribly busy. I took forever for them to actually take our order! I only ordered a potato ole and it took close to 15 mins to get our food because the girls in the back were too busy messing around (dancing, singing, and worrying about what song was being played)! People came in after us and waited over 30 mins for their food and one lady complained and when she walked out the door they called her a very inappropriate name that was very uncalled for! The whole time we were sitting there eating these girls were using very inappropriate words and messing around! The one gal was even using gods name in vein very loudly which was very upsetting! I will NEVER EVER be using this taco John’s in the future!

Marley took our order at the drive through. It seemed like Marley was preoccupied with something else. It took a while to get the order done. We arrived at the window to pay and take our food. The drink order was wrong and when we tried to correct the order Marley got an attitude

This was my second time at this place. Never going back. They can not get an order right or even try without charging more. I'm sorry you're going to charge me more for your mistake... I don't think so. Then for the rest of the workers snickering and pointing at me. Then one of inspector bosses give me a messed up look after talking to a customer. I've been in customer service for over 20 years, this was the worse experience ever.

If you order any sides like sour cream or ranch or salsa to go on your salad Taco salads forget it you don't get it and if they have taco salads made up from a previous order they give you those our's were cold and didn't taste right.
