Ordered tacos in drive thru went to eat them not even two minutes later meat was ice cold they could've just said hey were heating up meat it's not ready at this time then wouldn't have wasted 15 bucks for nothing.
Last visit there order was wrong called they said we'll leave you name here you can stop in and get replacement but went there 2 days later didn't have my name anywhere

When the staff asks if youre willing to wait for oles, to which you reply yes, to which they still hand you the incorrect order. Why bother ordering when they treat your food like a surprise box?

Stopped for a snack on the way home at 5. 3rd in line at the drive thru, waited 14 minutes for a medium potato oles. Food was cold when we got it, no napkins. I went inside and demanded hot potato oles. Girl behind counter had attitude about it, but did replace them. Still no napkins. Driving home I had a couple, but they were too salty for me, so my wife ate almost all of them. 3 hours later and my wife has thrown up twice and feels like she has food poisoning.
We were in Scottsbluff, Nebraska - don't go to Taco John's in that town.

Not good. Oles were so burned that they were nothing but a shell. Customer service wasn’t great either, not friendly or polite. I said thank you when I was handed my order and the young man said nothing and closed the window.

We ordered through drive through here, and they repeated our order back to us right but when they handed us our food, we were missing an olé. We told them, they got upset with us and made us buy another one. We wanted no seasoning on them yet they still put it on. They were so rude and I don’t recommend. The employees are b words.

We went thru the drive thru. We ordered 2 soft shell tacos & 2 hard shell tacos & a large potato ole with cheese.$19 & 1 soft shell & 1 hard shell didn't have any meat in them at all. I want to warn Taco johns that they will put themselves out of business by operating this way. Sad cause they actually have good food.

At 10:50 this morning my son and I went in the lobby to order food, three workers were there, one of them, the manager had horrible music playing extremely loudly and was singing along at the top of lungs, making everyone including her workers uncomfortable. NEVER going back, I feel for anyone who has to tolerate this obnoxious manager.

Came through the drive through on 3/26/25 at 8:25pm and ordered a super taco no tomatoes, which I’m allergic to & it had tomatoes. I parked & walked inside to get a corrected taco. The young man at the drive thru argued that I didn’t say no tomatoes and demanded I show my receipt, even though I told him the receipt didn’t say no tomatoes. When I said the receipt is in my car, he said “GO GET IT!” When I came back with the receipt, he said he didn’t hear me say no tomatoes and handed me a new taco. Very rude & poor customer service. I won’t be back.

Went in the morning to eat breakfast Friday the 13th. The lady at the front counter was rude and more worried about the drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get our food. And when we did get it they still missed orange juice on the order that I had to ask for. We weren't the only ones In the lobby waiting on food. I guess you gotta be lazy and use the drive thru before you get good service. Maybe if your gonna make people wait so long put up some TVs in the lobby instead of the awful music.
