Came in for breakfast. The order apparently disappeared. We had to go ask and they said it was lost. Ask if we wanted a dessert no apology. I order still took longer than normal and when it was bought " here is your order." No apology!

On 02/27, I had great service. The young lady was making me laugh as she took my order. That made my day. Several employees asked if I had been helped as I was waiting for my food. It’s a rarity to find that kind of attention in most places. Good job everyone! The food was delicious and prepared well. The only thing that stood out was a taco shell seemed to be over cooked or burnt. If it weren’t for that, the food review is a 5-star.This was my first visit to Scottsbluff and Taco John’s helped make it a positive experience.

Usually this is the best taco johns, usually open and friendly. 12/1 Pulled up at 11:55 they close at 12. Lady working turns off the outside lights as I pull up to order at the drive through. I double check the time it's now 11:56 when she says they are not open. I asked if they were not open till 12, she says yes they are but they are all out of product to sell. I'm thinking she just didn't want to take the order and wanted to close early. If your open till 12 you should be ready and willing to serve till 12, and not lie to me you are out of food while two guys are sitting in a car eating food from there. I'm guessing the boss probably doesn't know they closed early

The only thing that prevents it from being a full 5 is they have taken down the salsa bar. They were also stingy with the jalapeño sauce .
I came by at 9:38 and apparently they decided to close up a half hour early. All the doors are locked, the signs are off, and they wouldn't serve me even though they're supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m.
This is an excellent Taco John location.The staff is super friendly, the place is always clean, and the food is always fresh.Lots of options on the menu, and with the recent release of their app, free food is quickly obtained with visits.You also get in-app specials, like the June .89-cent tacos!Parking: Always a space, however, as it basically shares a road through Walmart and Home Depot it can get sketchy.
