Poor service. Went to order cupcakes, Betty was rude before I even said anything. Do you want to order? Well I'm just telling you we can't do any for the weekend. I didn't need it until Tuesday. The woman standing next to her was rude to me the time before and it's been over a year since I've gone again. I will not go back they are the most rude department in the store. If I could give negative stars I would. I would not recommend to anyone!

I asked for gold frosting with black trim & sprinkles came bright yellow with brown trim and black lettering done very poorly very dry cake, when I said that is not what I order they gave me a little off but not enough.
