Fantastic local brewery in a historic building with a genuine laid back atmosphere. The beer is phenomenal and the staff is top notch! They have a food truck every Friday and don’t miss their comedy shows in the winter. Make sure to get a giant pretzel and ask about their wall clock.

Speaking strictly about the M 80 medium IPA. I have not been to the brewery, but will hit it if I'm ever nearby. A nice smooth IPA 5.7 % ibu 63

I was planning a long distance rehearsal dinner in Seward, Nebraska from Lansing, Michigan for my son. He suggested Bottle Rocket Brewery. It was a huge hit with all of us! We had people from several different states that only complimented the venue and drink choices. The room was perfect! Great service! Thanks for making this mom look good on a great venue! I had never been there! But was not disappointed!

Simply a great craft beer within a historic and very cool building that used to be a seed mill/elevator. I could tell it was going to be a great stop after a short visit with the bartender and seeing his excitement about their beers! We took 6-packs to go and hope to be back!

Really good beer. There hasn’t been a beer that I have tried from Bottle Rocket Brewing Co. that I haven’t liked. Their tap room was very roomy, which our kiddo enjoyed. Definitely recommend Bottle Rocket Brewery. If you get a chance to head out to Seward it is definitely worth the drive.
