We dined in with our kids. We had exceptional customer service. Something you don't find often in fast food these days. Food was brought to the table by the staff and it was hot and very evident that it was made to order.
I came in last night very close to closing time, and even though they probably could have told me that the lobby was closed for the evening I was still served. It was incredibly busy, but the employees still treated me with incredible service. I had mentioned it was my cats birthday, and was given a tiny cup of whipped cream to take home for her! They made my evening!
Kid who took our order was rude, yelled at the people behind me how the red number was forgotten. Never handed it to me, just set it down. Had to ask for my drink. The fried food sat in the window getting cold while they cooked burgers.
