Place needs an industrial size bucket of disinfectant and a power washer. Bathroom filthy, stink, floors slick. Employees acted like we were an inconvenience to help because we're older citizens and don't understand kiosk ordering system. Tables dirty with food scraps and pop spills. Trash cans outside were over flowing. Drive through was 9 vehicles deep. The hell with customers inside building. One Employee was too busy trying to flirt with a guy, and then apparently she went on break and order food. Place needs better management

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down for an overhaul of cleaning up and new workers. Waited serval minutes to get served at the counter. One of the workers even came out from the back to say hello to his friends, the other two workers were just standing there. Place is filthy, soda machine hasn’t been cleaned in ages, the tray has old crusty drink. There’s spilled substance just next to the counter that’s been there for a while all dried up. Food scraps and rubbish all over the floor in the kitchen.

I had to repeat my order three times before the employee could understand. There were several employees talking in the background which made it difficult for them to hear!!

This McDonald’s has come A LONG way! We hardly ever eat McDonald’s and we never go inside so I can’t state how the atmosphere is inside. But I do know that they are always friendly, which wasn’t the case for years, and my food is hot now with very little mistakes, which was also never the case. I’m impressed with the hard work they’ve put in. Well done to employees who show up and work hard and happily!

I didn't even get my food, we waited for 30 minutes and I when I asked about my order she read me the wrong order and walked away.
Coffee was warm not hot. Drive thru was very slow. Food was hot and delicious

Sat in a Drive-Thru for 10 minutes. Yelled into the speaker and everything. Nobody ever said anything. I didn't want to waste my time going inside so I just left terrible location

Ordered a meal at the Kiosk, Double Quarter Pounder meal, got the wrong size drink wrong size fry. And my hamburger was not a double. Went in to get that fixed because i paid for a double. Got it back about as messy as it could be, way way too much sauce, and IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE BOTTOM BUN. Absolutely terrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. I’d like to leave less than one star but i can't.
