I just went today and unfortunately returned to not have any syrups I paid for in my drinks. No sugar free vanilla in my matcha and no raspberry syrup in my black tea for my mother. This has come to be a frequent issue at this location and it's frustrating not getting the syrups that I asked an paid for.

This Scooters is the absolute worst. Come to town about 5-6 times a year as I have a student attending the college. I am always left saying I won’t go back. Well after today I definitely will not be back. At 10:55A today Open sign was still on, Myself and 4-5 other cars are sitting in the drive thru waiting to order. Not 1 but 2 employees come out take trash yo the dumpster walk back in the store. A minute later 1 blonde employee comes out gets in her car and leaves. A minute later another blonde employee comes out. Starts walking to her car (all the while 4-5 cars still in line waiting to order) My husband hollers at her asking if they’re closed? Her replay “Yeah we actually closed at 11A today.” Not once did either blonde employee say hey I’m sorry we’re closed. They just ignored what had become 5-6 cars in line waiting to order. There were still employees inside the store as well no one came in the speaker to say sorry we’re closed. Terrible customer service. This isn’t my worst experience yet however. The last time I was there the blonde employee serving me at the window was eating food while serving me. I complained directly to the manager that time. Not giving them the benefit of the doubt this time. DONT GO HERE.

I ordered an iced day dreamer with whole milk. When I got to the window I watched the barista pour 2% milk into my cup. Which isn’t a big deal but if I had an allergy it would be. But that’s not the worst of it my drink was not stirred AT ALL all of the syrup and sauce is collected at the bottom there is a layer of espresso and milk. Ver very disappointed

I went to a scooters only to find that all of my reward smiles were gone!! I’ve talked with several people from the corporate location. So far nothing has been done!! Makes me wonder if Scooters is going to do anything about this??

Strawberry Banana smoothie was great. I'm not a fan of the egg bites, they're not horrible, just missing something. I highly recommend the red velvet cake bites...YUM!!
