Went thru the drive-thru and ordered. Asked for light sauce. The employees attitude changed right away and when we got our food you coukd tell she hadn't said anything about the request. Food was very sloppy :(

Well usually we enjoy going to this location but it was 8 o'clock at night so they were parking everyone to bring there food out to them. We had to repeat our order into the little box about 4 times and the little gal still didn't get it right so we asked her to repeat our order when we got up to the pay windows and got that situated then parked and got our food the food was less than par this time for some reason the roast beef was really dry but like I said it's...

Arby's is my favorite, but not this one. Two of our three sandwiches were wrong, got a roast beef with barbeque sauce and onion ring instead of the plain classic fish that I ordered. Latch broken on women's restroom stall door, no paper towels. Waited at counter to order even though no one was in line. Pretty chaotic for a Sunday afternoon.
