We were in Sidney for a small escape… ok yeah Cabela’s. Hungry we looked for a place to eat that was not the ordinary. Aster’s is what we chose and the food was really really good, fast service, owner was friendly as they come. It’s a small little place and not much to dine in at there were a couple tables. The food is great! We will eat here again next trip.

AMAZING BBQ!!!! Wow! Hands down possibly THE BEST BBQ pulled pork I have had anywhere! A bit hard to find, it is located next to bomgaars to the right of the old Radio Schack. HIGHLY recommend Astors. I will be back and back and back. Love it!!

Asters is my new favorite grab and go spot for top-notch food in all of Cheyenne County!! My Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese was Ahhhmaaaazinnggggg and it was all ready to go in a neat little package served with a warm smile when I arrived ??? Thank you for the best lunch today!!

We stopped here on or way home to Kansas City, and we are so glad we did. The meat melts in your mouth, food is fresh and hot, easy access on/off I-80, service was quick, and the owner is incredibly friendly. Our favorites were the cuban sandwich and loaded brisket fries, and the mac is creamy and delicious. We wished we saved room for the desserts that looked amazing. They have other quick grab & go options like breakfast burritos, sandwiches and salads. We recommend grabbing a jar of the homemade Bourbon Pecan BBQ sauce to take home!

Stopped in to grab a brisket and tri tip sandwich with Mac and cheese! As always the meat is tender and juicy with an excellent flavor! The portions are awesome and the Mac and cheese is for the conisouir for sure!!! Thank you Ivory for another fantastic meal.

This is real smoked bbq shop. I can’t believe a place like this exists in Sidney, NE. I had bbq in St. Louis two nights ago and again last night in Columbia, MO. This place surpassed both of those hands down.

I had the smoked oxtail and smoked chicken with beans and Mac cheese. Everything was scrumptious. I have never had smoked oxtail, but I have eaten a lot of oxtail. The piece that I had was full of meat. The flavor and tenderness of the meat was amazing.

Aster is an amazing find. Kudos to the owner.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot on a roadtrip and we are so glad we did! The cook was so friendly, and the food was so good!! We both would highly recommend to anyone who likes bbq!

The food is amazing. Everything was cooked/smoked to perfection. The pictures on Google is what drew us to stop but the smell is what had us stay. We tried a bit of everything and will definitely add this to any trip through the area!

We decided to stop and eat here on a whim on our long drive back to Alabama. The owner was super kind and the food was even better! We know good bbq and this place did not disappoint. We both ordered our own meal however the portion is so generous we could have easily shared. 10/10 recommend!

Parking: Delicious smoked BBQ. My husband had pulled pork and I had Cuban. It's takeout only but they brought a table out front for us to eat at. Very friendly. It's easy to get to off Interstate 80. Its next to Winners Lounge.

I'm traveling from Utah to Virginia and I stopped at this place that at first gave me a good feeling because it looks like a quiet and familiar place. I came across this restaurant and was truly fascinated. The owner of the store has an incredible way of serving customers and the food was excellent. Thank you very much, sir, for making me feel at home and not judging me for not speaking native English, thank you.

Fabulous food, highly recommend! So many great options, worth the stop on our cross country journey. No signage on the outside of the building, just look for the name in the window. A real gem!
