I came here for coffee. And also decided to order a pretzel. The girl that took my order had also taken two others people's orders and touched their cash and cards and her phone more than once and register etc. then she went on to make my order and grabbed the pretzel without washing her hands just grabbed out the bag and threw it in the microwave then she proceeded also with my husband's breakfast sandwich no gloves not washed her hands nothing .this to me is very gross and from what I heard it's not the first time they do this. I find this so unprofessional. And gross ?

great service, great atmosphere, but the coffee was lackluster. We got a double shot of espresso, and it tasted very overextracted/burnt/bitter. The iced mocha and latte we ordered also tasted a little bitter and acidic because of the espresso. Maybe it just needs to be dialed in, but my husband and I couldn’t finish either of our drinks.
