Every time I come here, Luna is a joy. Super friendly and competent. Like 99% of the time, the food is hot and fresh. Every once in a while I get a meal that you can tell that the chicken and fries have been sitting for a while. But for the service and because it’s not a constant issue, I’ll keep coming back.

I love Dairy Queen but when I get blizzards a lot of times I have to wait on at least 3-5 cars and it takes a long time to get to the window and that’s fine with me but it seems they make my ice cream after I order it cause by the time I get to the window it’s melted quite a bit. It don’t seem much candy pieces r in it either.

Back in the day DQ used to be the SPOT to go! However within the last year or so it's getting consistently worse. 3x in a row we've ordered large cherry dip cones. A large cone of any kind used to be 3 large bumps and the DQ swirl. We are lucky to get 2 mushy lump-ish looking...idk.....it's just bad. For the price charged we definitly expect better. Please do better DQ...Baskin is right down the road....they're more expensive but their cones are FULL.

Ordered a burger they put old wilted lettuce on my burger. I don’t know if it’s because I was African-American descent. I asked for a ice cream they over stirred it just bad bad bad bad bad experience.

Not enough hot fudge and they charged me for wanting more. Didn't ask to see what I got, just asked for the money. I understand charging more for extras, but it seemed they didn't really care about customer service, not smiling or being friendly. I've always gotten more than a super thin ring of fudge all around.

So painfully slow. Slowest service on the 80 for a thousand miles. Food was lacking. Half a Sunday and barely any fries with some tiny pieces of chicken. Ice cream was not frozen. Overall very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.No receipt offererd. Step it up DQ!
Blizzard more like an ice milk base rather than true ice cream. Told counter and they said it was because it was melted. When told it was the way we received it and we wondered if it was due to the equipment or product, he said he didn't know. Had the same order at a DQ a few days before and that one was significantly better--and tasted and looked like the real thing.

Not great. Went through the drive-thru. Had the bacon double cheese deluxe: meat dry and flavorless, and why is there ketchup on a burger with tomato already??? Plus the ketchup was all in 1/4 of the burger. Just not as good as I'm used to from Dairy Queen burgers. Wife had the chicken strip sandwich: tiny amount of lettuce and even less mayo, like a 1/2 teaspoon. Fries were also not up to DQ standard. Maybe its just Nebraska. Everytime I've crossed NE on I-80 I've been amazed that every fast food location is the worst example if that franchise anywhere. Didn't take pics because we were in the car and it had just gotten dark. PASS.

This is the best DQ I have ever been to. The food was good, and the service was great! The young man working the drive-through was so polite! The DQs in Colorado Springs are horrible.
