I am in town on business and staying at a hotel. I ordered a pizza, lava cakes, and a 2 liter to last me a couple days through the app. I was extremely surprised to hear a knock on my door, and a happy, smiling face outside. When I received my food, she included plates, parmesan, red pepper flakes, cups, and extra icing (no cost) because she said, “one just doesn’t do it, trust me”. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a delivery, and I will always relate this town with this amazing experience! Christina deserves a raise!! Dominos as a company should recognize her because this is what makes people come back!!! Food was great too!

They WILL lie their ass off to you in your face about specials! The recorded message giving specials is for real! They will tell you they can't find them. Two days later I get the coupons and advertisements in the mail on the about the same specials. Still they lied! No honor or integrity. Fire the whole team and start over!!!

I come to this Dominos regularly. They are always fast, friendly, and eager to help. I always get a huge “WELCOME TO DOMINOS” when I enter the building, and it makes me feel so invited. I’d say this is the best pizza place in town, hands down. 5/5!

If i could rate lower i would. I ordered for delivery through the app, its been 2.5 hours and still have yet to see my order, and just to test them i called them to see if they were busy and they were according to them, but when i drove past their store they werent (they had 3 orders on the screen and thats it) this is not the first negative experience ive had with them lately, ive received burnt food, undercooked food, food that was old and cold, and quite honestly this may be the final straw. HIGHLY unimpressed.

They were great when they opened. Wait time has drastically increased. They are starting to be like every other business in Sidney. You have to wait an hour for a simple order. I'm not sure if this is due to incompetence or the "western" way of life.
