First off I waited to be seated for about 5 to 10 mins because no one was at the front however when a older gentleman walked he was seated almost immediately before me. Then I was seated promptly after. After a little bit of a wait my drink order and meal order where taken I was then severed my coffee roughly 2 to 3 min before get my meal, I ended up waiting at the table for 20 mins before getting something to drink. When I happen to look over at the gentleman that seated before me already had coffee. The food was pretty good and a greaful amount for the price. In my experience in this small town this is a ok place to eat. The services is terrible the food is very good and well priced for the one meal that I had.

Prime rib was a little overly seasoned. And asked for medium rare, but got medium well.

Holy cow! I went here for breakfast, wow was it good!! The chicken fried steak was truly home made! The sausage gravy and the hollandaise sauce was fresh and also home made! My buddy had steak and eggs and the steak is perfectly seasoned and definitely doesn’t need A-1 or any kind of sauce. Perfectly cooked. I say it’s more of an “old fashioned” steak. If I am in town again, I will 100% be back!

I recently visited Duke's Steakhouse and, unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet expectations. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The blooming onion was overcooked, the steak was a bit bland, and the overall atmosphere felt old and run-down. Considering the price, I expected a bit more.

Excellent burgers with all the fixings!

We were eastbound on I 80 headed for Wisconsin, and chose to stay overnight in Sydney. We went to dinner at Dude’s Friday night, 3 January 2025. To say we were impressed with the waite staff and the food would be an understatement. Our waitress was the wife of the third generation of the owner at Dudes. She did a spectacular job, all of the staff had smiles, and seemed to have friendships with each of their customers. My medium sirloin was perfectly prepared and the French Dip my wife ordered was delicious too. To have a restaurant of this quality in a town of 7,000 is a gift!

Dudes is amazing perfectly cook steak, great drinks, and service was on point!
