since replacing and training new staff... pizza hut is back on its A game! the food was excellent. the service was great. we will definitely be coming back to pizza hut again now that they have 100% improved everything! the chicken Alfredo was amazing and the pizza was great! my picky grandkids enjoyed everything!

I recently got a pizza from the drive up window, the young lady who served me was very pleasant, the pizza I received was done on time and was hot and had plentiful toppings, the quality of the pizza was excellent.

We just walked out. Lady was so rude and throwing menus at us. Disrespectful possibly racist. My first and last I come here.
We hadn’t been to The Sidney Pizza Hut in a few years because of several not-so-great experiences in the past, but today completely redeemed them! The food was outstanding—our pizza was perfectly cooked, with a deliciously crispy crust and flavorful toppings. The zesty Italian salad was absolutely to die for, fresh and full of vibrant flavors. What really made our visit exceptional was the service. Venessa was quick, friendly, and efficient, making sure everything was perfect for us. She truly went above and beyond to create a great dining experience. Pizza Hut has definitely won us back, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend giving them another try if you haven’t been in a while—you won’t regret it!

Tried calling them to resolve the issue, but they did not help in the matter and hung up on me.
