3/23 6:31 I ordered a pizza to go. Even though it wasn't a packed house there were enough people to keep the server, Vanessa, plenty busy. She was very kind, very professional and worked hard to stay on top of everything. If she is an example of the people who work here, I will definitely be coming back often. There aren't many people with Vanessa's work ethic and attitude anymore.

3/14/24Ordered thru APPIf paying for delivery service and leaving a tip, your food should be delivered immediately especially when delivery point is just across the highway at hotel less than a half mile... I tracked my order and noticed after they left PH, they stopped at McDonald's to pick up another order apparently.How do you eat pasta?? without utensils, luckily the hotel was nice enough to give me one!!! PH NICE WAY TO CUT CORNERS!!There's more I want to say, but I'll leave it at that.((((PEOPLE WAKE UP))))

I had got a cheese stick with extra cheese and there is literally like no cheese on this and it is very hard, 100% do not

While other places seem to be going downhill, pizza hut has really stepped things up, esp the last 2 years or so. Truly. And I am saying this as a former pizza hut hater. We now order at least 1 or 2 times a month. Pizza and wings. This pizza hut in Sidney has stepped up their game.

We wanted two large pies. My fiancé and I ordered pizza tonight and asked for a pizza pie. Jessa Lynn was the employee that took the order and didn’t understand what was said. We ordered a pepperoni banana pepper pizza and she got it wrong. They hired someone that doesn’t understand pizza or what is said. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if she takes the order…. We didn’t ask or want pineapple on our pizza if we did we would have ordered it.

i got food poisoning pretty bad from eating the chicken wings here!.i've never .felt so bad in my life!! isn't there a certian protocol that needs to be followed when making chicken? you can get people super sick by nt making this right! i know because it is now going on day 4 and im not getting any better!!!! someone fire the cook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paying 20$ for a medium pizza, for it to show up with absolutely no sauce and burnt crust !?! My girlfriend and I couldn't even make it through one slice! When you are basically the only option around here late at night, I'd expect you all to take pride in that and provide good food!!! At least edible!!

Tried the new ( to me) Melt at the Pizza Hut in Sidney.Regular great Pizza Hut crust and toppings ( meat lovers) with extra cheese thrown in, folded and melted.Wow. Just wow.The service was great, the atmosphere clean and comfortable.The warm chocolate chip cookie (8 slices) finished off the affair.Very good food. Glad we stopped.

I just received a medium pizza through doordash. It was double cheese, pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms, with no sauce. A person expects the toppings to go to the outer edges of the crust. This is not the case, as my pizza was over half bare crust and it did not have double cheese. I am extremely disappointed. I should have stuck with Godfather's Pizza instead!!!If I wanted to fill up on crust, I would have just eaten some bread.
