Went here today with my buddies was waiting in line to grab lunch before we had to head back to work when I witnessed what look like a young man with long hair raising his voice at a young lady for answering him or something I felt bad for the girl she looked defeated, walked away and left not cool guy

Food quality worse than McDonalds. I would consider McDonald 5 star dinning compared to this place. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Don’t waste your money. The staff is friendly and nice and the bathrooms are clean. Just horrible food!

Went through drive thru, was told to wait so i assumed they meant the parking lot. waited for 10 minutes, went in, asked where my food was, they told me they were still working on it and would take it to my car. 15-20 minutes later they still didn’t so i asked them where it was and they went “what?” and then realized they forgot about me. i didn’t hear one apology they just handed me a cold sack of my food from the back.

I love the consistency you encounter at Runza, they make a great cheeseburger and onion rings. In your mind, you have a preconceived taste and texture and you know that Runza will meet those desires. Great place to stop.

I just wanted to thank the 5 young people working tonight! We were at the local community building for a live show and the venue ran out of food, so the band members weren't able to eat. My son and I ran to get some food for everyone (12 orders) and the staff was amazing! They had all of our food ready and flawless. Thank you all so much for saving us with your promptness and friendly staff. You are awesome!
