I love the consistency you encounter at Runza, they make a great cheeseburger and onion rings. In your mind, you have a preconceived taste and texture and you know that Runza will meet those desires. Great place to stop.

I just wanted to thank the 5 young people working tonight! We were at the local community building for a live show and the venue ran out of food, so the band members weren't able to eat. My son and I ran to get some food for everyone (12 orders) and the staff was amazing! They had all of our food ready and flawless. Thank you all so much for saving us with your promptness and friendly staff. You are awesome!

Just got lunch at the drive through to eat on my way home from church. Worst meal ever. I always order the #4 with ketchup and pickles and fries. The fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for hours! This was at 12:30! My cheeseburger was also cold. The party was cold and the cheese hadn’t softened at all. That was a lot of money for such a disappointing meal! Do you not have a manager on Sunday?
Normally, we like the food. Today was a huge exception. The burgers were burnt, including the kids burger. Lemonade was water down to colored water. (Ordered without ice, so that wasn't a factor. ) Fries and onion rings were barely hot. We ordered ice cream cones which were barely 1.5 inches above the cones. I'm not sure what happened or what was going on but $50.00 was a lot to spend on substandard food.
