Normally, we like the food. Today was a huge exception. The burgers were burnt, including the kids burger. Lemonade was water down to colored water. (Ordered without ice, so that wasn't a factor. ) Fries and onion rings were barely hot. We ordered ice cream cones which were barely 1.5 inches above the cones. I'm not sure what happened or what was going on but $50.00 was a lot to spend on substandard food.

I did drive thru. The person was pleasant and easy to understand. I placed a fairly big order for my family, $43. The food was ready quickly. Several special orders. Everything was right. It was hot. I definitely recommend them.

The food here was hot & delicious. Even though there was only one car ahead of us, and we had a normal order (Swiss mushroom runza combo & cheeseburger combo) with no special requests, it took a ridiculously long time to get our food. This location is at the end of a strip mall. You have easy access from the back, but you have to drive down thru the parking lot to get out. Not the best design.
Oliver and his crew were very friendly. Everyone was in a good mood, smiling, helpful when I asked questions. Food and service was great, got our food in less than 5 minutes. Would 100% recommend the 900 Park Drive, Springfield, NE location to anyone driving through. Good people.

I found more bugs in my food. real sick of this lame place. the service was awful. some fat kid named Dakota was rude. the vibe was unsettling as this old ah dude kept staring at me
The help is going down hill but I can live with that. I stop by no less than once a week and trying different items looking different options because the items keep going down hill. Runza had the best fries but now I must be getting the bottom of the barrel. Most are small, short, burnt and dry. The burger patties can't get much thinner but the bun is great. If you are raising prices don't skip on the product. I don't need a response because I am done. I do follow thru when I say something. DONE

The service was terrible. The employees were super rude the whole time. The ranch was green and there was a hair in my burger. I also asked for no onions and they only put onions on it. Other than that the food was mid.

Milkshakes are all we tried... did not like at all, threw them out. Cup served covered in shake, Had to get napkins and wipe off before could pickup off counter. Flavor and texture of vanilla shake was that of a milk flavored slime and strawberry was like nesquik strawberry slime.

I have eaten here several times with my daughter and grandkids while visiting . The high priced sandwich seemed a little more bland this time but since we got carryout I was able to add a little spice to it when I got it home.
