If in Springfield, NE, this is a must stop great local bar, bartender was super friendly, but the locals in the bar were the most friendly group I've talked to in a small town bar. Can't wait to go back..

The worst service I’ve ever experienced.Im an out of town worker that decided to stop in for a few beer and some supper. After sitting at my table for 20 minutes and the waitresses not acknowledging me I finally walked
To the bar to ask for a menu and a beer. Went back to my table and waited for another 15 minutes for waitress. No one came again so I walked back to the bar placed my order and went sent back down . There were 10 screaming 5 years running all over the bar like a daycare in the billiards section as I was trying to watch playoff baseball while their moms sat at the bar drinking and acting like they weren’t there kids. After one hour of waiting with no food I had enough and walked out. 👎🏻 terrible service

The food here was amazing. I had the club sandwich and side salad. The flavor of the turkey and bacon hit the spot. Others in my party loved the steak Philly sandwich. The steak was cooked to perfection and had the perfec seasoning. The cheese burger was flavorful and the soft bun was a perfect complement. We were in town to attend a wedding and saw this place across the street. It was well worth the stop.

Party of 10 - We had the Thursday burger special and they were really good. Thick patty with a soft bun and great ranch! - Sweet potato fries are a must with this. They have Fairy Nectar on tap which is a must for me - or bush latte?- They also just added more games to play darts and some more tvs! Always a great clean place to stop and eat/drink. The wait is usually never longer that 12-15 min for food to come out. Thanks Blind Pig,

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here as we come here after ballgames all the time!

The Blind Pig is a culinary gem tucked away in our charming small town. This restaurant exceeds expectations in every way, making it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike. What immediately strikes you about The Blind Pig is its cozy and intimate atmosphere. The rustic decor, low lighting, and friendly staff create a welcoming ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. It's the perfect spot for a romantic evening, a special celebration, or a relaxed dinner with friends. But what truly sets The Blind Pig apart is its commitment to local ingredients and community engagement. Went in on a Monday 09/25/2023 night for a few drinks. We were served right away but very quickly saw our server leave for the evening. Was not told who was covering our table. Sat there for over 20 minutes waiting on someone and there wasn’t even someone behind bar. I was almost ready to walk out without paying when finally someone saw us getting up and jumped up from a table with customers who were playing darts. Very unprofessional and horrible service. I guess you have to be a regular to get any kinda of service.

We went on a Tuesday and I had 3 of the $1,.50 fried tacos which was the special. Excellent. The Chicken Parm for my New Yorker husband was meh. Our friend had the Philly Steak which was great. Got crowded but so much you can't find a place. Will come back!
