My experience was 10 years ago. I know, a little slow, but after reading one particular review, I had to add my own. I was riding a bicycle from New Hampshire to Oregon and ended up staying overnight at a rental house in the area and the owner suggested the Cattleman's Lounge. And I'm glad she did. The staff (owner?) was great, friendly and helpful and made sure I was taken well care of. (News of a cyclist in town traveled fast!) Loved the place. It was clean and had character. The food (in my case was prime rib) was fabulous. Five years later while on a road trip, my wife and I visited so I could show her one of the highlights of that portion of the trip. Not a thing had changed: Great service, great place and great food.

Our experience here at Cattlemen’s was exceptional! They went over the top and and exceeded our expectations. The staff and owners are beyond kind ,pleasant and their hospitality is superb. The food was served hot and was amazing. I had their BLT and a side salad. My company all enjoyed their food all different options. All delicious . We had so much fun singing karaoke ? and stayed at their air b&b which was an added bonus. An extra special thanks to the lovely Joleen aka Jo Jo. Your kindness will be paid forward! God bless

Cattleman's has a clean and cozy atmosphere. Staff was great, friendly and courteous. (Extra shout out to JoJo, shes an angel) I ordered the fish and mozzarella sticks. My food was very good. Crispy and flavorful with homemade tarter sauce. I was with six people, and all of our food was served hot. I think that says a lot. Everyone loved their food! Definitely will return.

I ate here because, well, there was nowhere else. Beer selection sucks, didn’t seem to even know what an IPA is. I went with the prime rib figuring that’s about the easiest thing to prepare. It was cooked as requested and was fairly tasteless. The “salad” consisted of chopped iceberg lettuce with shredded cheese. The first dressing they brought out was dusty and expired in November 2022. The second one was homemade so who knows when it expires. The baked potato was the best thing on the plate; that should sum it up pretty well. The service was excellent, earning an additional star.

Very relaxed, friendly place in a tiny town of less than 250 people.

We stopped by on our way through town tonight and I'm so glad we did! My husband had a hamburger and really liked it. I had the buffet. Everything on the buffet was excellent. And we got to join in and play Bingo. Thank you for a great meal.

Great food at reasonable prices! Large prime rib and Ribeye steak dinners under $25! So many sides and appetizers to choose from. Most entrees with a side were under $10. Food and host were awesome! Grandkids had a great time singing karaoke.
