Brought seven family members here for birthday celebrations. Food is spot on and the salad bar is well stocked. The strip steak was juicy and tender. Service was a bit slow given we had made reservations but apologies were offered and we just used the time to visit with one another and enjoy each others company.

Took another couple there friday night, they were busy but were seated fast had very good service and great food. Salad bar fully stocked. Really enjoyed evening here. Just as good as was 48 years ago on first visit. The 75 min drive is still worth it.

Tubs is so nasty, as is the owners. They are so worried about saving money that they don't care how the food tastes or how the employees are treated. The current cooks drop food on the ground and throw it back on the grill or fryer and serve it. So if you want to get sick eat at tubs!! Otherwise I'd stay home or go somewhere else when you're hungry. The only time to go is for breakfast, that is the only employee who knows what they are doing. So just all in all don't eat at tubs! It's gross!

It's hard to post this..... but watching what this place has become over the last few years since it left the hands of tub and Carol is just sickening our town needs this place but salads are not homemade like they used to be service specially for locals is lacking, prime rib is bought and warmed up, no more good ol Texas toast they had a business literally handed to them and had the chance to learn tub and carols ways, and chose not too!!!! Lunch specials are awful go down the road to Amherst trust me!!! Being a business owner and hearing the constant dismay, tubs it's time to do better!!!! Two stars cuz it's our only option..... and we need it...

Haven't been to Tub's Pub in years, it is under new ownership since my last visit. The place hasn't changed much and is still a destination. Typical small town Cafe menu, good selection of burgers, bar food, and dinners. Home cooked. Service was friendly, prices were average. Nice clean homey place.

I really enjoyed visiting this place in such a small town. Everyone was pleasant and had smiles. Even the patrons were happy. Thank you. The corned beef was great.

We had the lunch special. It was out standing. The wait staff was first class. It's a small town tavern. Very clean and friendly. I highly recommend this place. And plan on going back again.

We ordered the Nebraska Ribeye and was disappointed in the thickness and flavor especially for $30. We also ordered a chicken fried steak that we thought might be liver or liver/steak mixture. I also ordered a Roy Rogers drink that was filled to the top with ice which means I got a 1/4 of the drink. We ate there a few years ago and was looking forward to a great meal again. We overall were disappointed.

Quality of the food on the menu has declined after ordering a few different items. They need to change their name.
