I wanted a order to go and talked to a very rude young man. He told me all food restaurants including Subway charges tax. I said I never have been charged before or in any Oregon restaurant and he got mad yelling that I called him a lier and I could call some other place and hung up on me. The Oakland and Diamond lake stores are owned by others and they don't charge tax. This jerk has no manners or work ethics. I will not be back to this one

Why is it every time ya order double protein ya never get it at this subway,it use to be a good place to go and get what ya pay for,these days I feel like I get cheated, guess that's one way to get a tip,I'll never go back to that subway again,it's worth the drive to go to North Platte,at least there ya get what ya pay for

Sutherland Subway charged me separate for each combo item, making it combo 3.19, charged separately over 5$, when questioned a young female became nasty and covered for the young man who made mistake and refused to redo and make it right! Kids these days just do not care about the reputation of the business they work for

This is a great Subway! Sets the standard for all others. Clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Also has pizza and wings. Totally recommend.
Ordered from location multiple times every time I have to remind them of chips cookies or drinks I have not once got my full order correctly or had my meal correct ordered a pizza with toppings get home no toppings receipt clearly says what was requested this is common practice at this location love the franchise but won't be going here in the future wrong every time over 2 years is just to much

I've ordered neumous times from this location, My sandwich is most always wrong ! If your gonna get a sandwich here. Go in and make sure it's right, don't call in or use the app. It's really not hard to make a sandwich. The staff doesn't seem to care if they do it right or not ! .....I wonder how many people in the area just deal with it ?

Went in to get a pizza today and they were out of pizza. I won't be stopping in there anymore the place is a complete joke.And it's all because of one employee that's lazy and needs fired. The whole town of Sutherland has went in the toilet the last year.
