Just went to this Hardee’s last night on my cross country drive. Food and customer service were good. However, there was a disgruntled regular who was highly upset that there were no chicken tenders. Apparently this is not the first or second time, and the day before there were a large number of people who also wanted them but none were available. So, on behalf of the disgruntled regular to the manager who is in charge of ordering inventory, please PLEASE order more chicken...
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in goofing off than providing any kind of decent service. The food was undercooked, and the portions were much smaller than usual. It’s clear they’ve hired a group of young kids who don’t care about the opportunity they’ve been given or the impression they leave. They were swearing openly in front of customers and acting like nothing mattered. Even worse, they refused to properly...
Employees and staff at this location are very nice and chill. The wait was not bad at all plus the burgers are good with no complaints at all. The dine area looks very nice and clean.
