Blake has the best personality, I was a customer and he is just so cheerful, then the guests behind me were a woman with two kids, the kid had a picky order and Blake verified with him that he rang it up right, he interacted with those kids in such a manner that you know he would be the cool dad!!!! Way to be Blake we need more people like you 😊
Just went to this Hardee’s last night on my cross country drive. Food and customer service were good. However, there was a disgruntled regular who was highly upset that there were no chicken tenders. Apparently this is not the first or second time, and the day before there were a large number of people who also wanted them but none were available. So, on behalf of the disgruntled regular to the manager who is in charge of ordering inventory, please PLEASE order more chicken...
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in goofing off than providing any kind of decent service. The food was undercooked, and the portions were much smaller than usual. It’s clear they’ve hired a group of young kids who don’t care about the opportunity they’ve been given or the impression they leave.
