Fantastic atmosphere, staff was top notch (Courtney) is a gem, draft beer is extraordinary, food is impeccable. First time of many visits for my wife and I.
always a good experience
In a town where they celebrate their German heritage you would think the town's craft beer brewery would primarily adhere to the German Purity Law to brew beer. Instead they add unnecessary flavoring to most all of their beers. Good craft beer, including German style beers, do not need peanut butter, snickerdoodle, coconut, honey, vanilla, lime and all sorts of juice added to make a good beer. No Hefeweizen? No Maibock? No Doppelbock? No Märzen? No Schwarzbier? No Kölsch? One token Altbier?
This place is great! The vibe is neat, the people are kind & the drinks were amazing. We will be back!
Great beer and good company
We’ve been wanting to visit and were in town on a Friday evening for youth sports and stopped in. Good beer, good food, good service, amazing atmosphere - we felt transformed to a big city or Colorado mountain town. Places like this are writing a new name for small town Nebraska. SO glad we came and can’t wait for our next visit!!!
Awesome place. Best drink I have had in awhile!

We came here on a whim and wow! Roc Hopper Brewing Company puts Syracuse on the map. I started with a flight of mostly pale ales and was so impressed with the quality and variety I had to try the rest.Their pale ales are all fantastic and I specifically enjoyed the sour pale ale. Their German style beers were spot on and reminded me of my time stationed there. Their fruited ales and hibiscus gose were all very flavorful and unique. And that's just the beer...I wish we had the appetite to try more of the food but we did enjoy the sausage pizza. All of the flavors were well balanced and kept me looking forward to the next slice. All told, we're looking forward to the next time we're in the area so we can try more of their food. The ambiance was very clean, crisp and modern. I stalked their Facebook while we were there and it looks like they recently renovated. The walls are decorated with one of the owners family members artwork, most if not all for sale. And for a quiet little town, the place was very lively. We're from the Omaha area and, hear me, it's worth the drive.
We have been here twice now. The first time was incredible, and the second time outdid the first. The service was phenomenal, the pizza was delicious and the bruschetta is the best we've ever had. Be sure to try the Doll Face Coconut Blonde!
