Had lunch at the Hut after church today, our server did a great job, sorry I didn’t get her name, one of the better servers we have had in quite awhile. Our lunch was great and got 20% off for seniors today, a nice surprise 🥰We will definitely be back. Also a plus for us was that it was very clean. I’d say the manager is doing a great job👍🥰
Went in to eat with my family and by the time we got our food it was cold and they got our order wrong. We also waited for our cinnamon sticks and never got them but still was charged for them.
Terrible customer service, poor management. Management can’t communicate like an adult to paying customers but can hide in her office and send out employee to tell them she “is in the bathroom” because she doesn’t want to deal with a mistake that they rightfully owned. Upon returning for error to be fixed, the food was laying out on the counter when I arrived and it was horribly cold when I picked it up. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved, but the manager is doing a great job, and the restaurant offers discounts, such as 20% off for seniors.
