The chocolate truffles are nothing but melted down almond bark, at those prices they should be true truffles. The old lady at the register was rude. She had no patience for my disabled son when he asked about the difference flavors, and when I asked questions about the shop she gave very sharp responses. I definitely won’t buy chocolate there again. It’s an unwelcome environment with very little hospitality. I will not recommend the place to anyone due to the rude service from the old lady at the register. This is very disheartening. I’ll stick to driving all the way out to Bakers Candy Store for now on. All the advertising is very misleading.

We took 2 family’s here for the soup flights and drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived at our reservation time we were sat and notified that they were out of two soups. A little later we were informed that they were out of two more. By the time we were ordering our second round, they were out of everything. The soup was not hot at all! Expectations were set due to the advertisement. We asked for a discount and were told that the manager would be out. The manager never came out. The server was sent again. She said we can do cinnamon rolls for compensation but we only have two left , we have 8 in our party so that really wouldn’t have been any compensation to us. When we went to pay, there was an elderly woman at the cashier. She was treating us like we were less than her, or that she was disgusted, or that we were just trying to get a discount. Be accountable. This is unacceptable and we won’t be back.

Great people, good food and drink.

Such a wonderful piece of heaven that I’ve enjoyed for years with my daughters. The fudge is out of this world, and of course the cinnamon and pecan rolls are the world’s best!! Everything about this place exudes love and warmth. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation for the restaurant, and ask about the upcoming menus. Always changing and ALWAYS delicious!!!

We made the trek from Lincoln to Tekamah just to visit Master's Hand and we will definitely be back. The food was wonderful although I felt the croissant to be over proofed and slightly under baked but I still ate it. It is a fun place to eat and we picked up some treats to bring home.

Drove up from Omaha this morning with wife and friend. Ate Brunch and toured the store Was outstanding. Food was great. Service was outstanding . Drive was beautiful. Highly recommend the experience!!!!

Wow what a transformation! It's been a couple years since I visited. I like the new setup--feels more open and easier to navigate. The fudge, new coffee bar, cheesecake -- all good.

We stayed here as harvest hosts members. Shawna, owner, was very welcoming and friendly. Staff also kind and accommodating. We were too late for cinnamon rolls, however. Adorable decor inside with lots of candies and full coffee bar! Definitely stop if in the area!
