Loved our food, the atmosphere, the staff and can't wait to go back. The food was so delicious - haven't had food like that in a very long time. The server was a kind guy and even helped take a few photos of our group of 4. We went on a Friday around lunch time; I understand other times are probably more busy but overall we had a great experience!
We drove from Lincoln which was a quick easy drive. Both of our servers were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I ordered the Beef & Cheese with sweet potato fries and both were delicious. Expect to wait for awhile for your food, but if you're not in a hurry, this place is a must try! I deducted a star for the cleanliness of the women's bathroom.
Feels like someone airlifted competence into the middle of a beige void. The Mac n Cheese is amazing and the staff treat you like you’re the first new face since the war. Nebraska stays committed to being aggressively unmemorable, but Mal’s operates like it’s defying a curse. This isn’t just good for where you are. It’s good enough to make you question how the rest of the state keeps getting away with it.
