I put in for a pick up order the app said it was ready at 6:05pm I stood in line for 25 mins because they didn't put my order in the pick shelf. The lady behind me was asked if she had a pick up order bam gone her order. As I remained to stand behind the line that they had. And behind me a line to the door. By the time I got my toasted sandwich it was cold my pretzel was cold no cheese with my pretzel. What's the point of a pick up shelf if the staff don't put the orders where the pick up customers can easily pick them up? Very disappointed in Subway this evening!!!

New building, it’s clean and airy and a pleasant place to sit and eat, the veggies and bread were fresh even though I ordered late in the day. Fast service and friendly. Definitely better than many other Subways I’ve eaten at.

Wow has inflation taken over at Subway! 14 bucks for a foot-long sandwich. Hadn't been for a while and won't be back. I'll be making my own from now on.

Not a lot of people there, nice little shop for a little town. Really pleasant experience. Very clean place which was really nice.

(05/14/2024) - Made an online order @ 5:44pm. The app showed me that my order would be complete by 6pm. I drove from the Rosebud Casino (SD/NE State Line) to Valentine Ne (Approx 10 miles) where I pulled up to the pickup window. I looked at my clock and it was 6:02pm and the app stated that my order was completed. After ringing the bell to let the employees know that I was at the window, I noticed a male patron walk from across the street to inside the Subway establishment. As I waited patiently for my order to arrive at the window, I noticed that the patron who had walked from across the street was being waited on and served. Several more patrons placed orders and was being helped while I still sat in my car waiting for someone to arrive at the window. Finally, an employee opened the window and I stated who I was and that I was there to pick up an order that was completed. The guy told me that they had been “slammed” and had not even started on my order and needed 10min to get everything together. After 10min had passed, the same guy came back to the window and stated that the previous shift had not prepped some of the ingredients that was in my order. He stated that he needed an extra 20min to cook some of the ingredients (meatballs). Needless to say, I had waited at the window for 43 minutes before driving away with my food. All I ordered was a meatball salad and a meatball protein bowl with 1 unsweetened tea. I will state that the employee did state, “Here is your food. Sorry for your wait.” No discounts or anything offered for this extra loooong wait. I kept my cool and failed to show my displeasure. I arrived back at my room (visiting rom out of town) to find that one of my orders was wrong. I didn’t even call to let them. Frustrating and Very Very Disappointed!!!!

The sandwich artisan did not change gloves between sandwiches and there was undesired cross-contamination of flavors after the first sandwich.

Ordered online and waited a little bit like I normally do. Finally went in and they had 3 workers working but were sloooooow. They kept making others orders so I asked about if they got my online order. Dude pulled it from the machine I guess, so it was just sitting there. I finally said cancel it and I was going somewhere else. I drive over the road and only have so much time on my elogs. The girl making sandwiches was extremely slow. Maybe she was new but even so, she was slooooooow. I called to see about how to get a refund and the kid on the phone said he had no idea. Should of just been able to void the order but dude seemed so high he had no clue what planet he was even on. Subway and Caseys have to be the slowest places in existence.

Freaky fast… We literally pulled up 10 seconds after we submitted our order and they had it ready within five minutes… We were on a road trip and appreciate the efficiency and wonderful lunch.
