We’ve gone a few times for dinner, and the food has always been great! We went again last night and, while the meal was still delicious, I was a bit surprised by a couple of things. I used to be a server, so I completely understand how things work, but I asked for a side of the green jalapeño sauce and wasn’t informed there would be an extra charge. I was fine with paying it—it’s just more about the communication. Also, the $1 charge for a small 2oz side felt a bit high.
Overall, the food and service were good as usual, but I wanted to share that small piece of feedback for improvement.

Small and beautiful restaurant space, absolutely delicious food. Everything was so fresh! The lunch specials are very economical as well.
This is a gem just outside of Omaha in Valley, NE. I had the chori pollo and it was delicious. The place is decorated beautifully and there are a lot of thoughtful details like a Maldon salt shaker on the table along with a nice variety of hot sauces. We went for lunch and my meal was well priced at $11.99 and the portion was just right. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and amazing flavor. I highly recommend. The price is great, too. I recently bought a side of fries without all of these toppings on them from a different restaurant and it was almost the same price as this dish that was piled with toppings and steak. I will be back and I am glad to have Con Amor be apart of our community.
