“We had a surprise 80th birthday luncheon for my mother 8 years ago at Jeannie's Place. Everything was wonderful! Make sure you call for reservations. If you call early enough, Jeannie will even let you make a menu request! We requested chicken salad sandwiches and salads and I was even able to help decide the pie flavors for the day. Eight years later we are going back to celebrate my Mom's 88th birthday. I'll post pictures afterwards! Jeannie asked what I wanted the menu to be that day . . .this time we requested fried chicken, chocolate pie and coconut creme pie!”
