I stopped in at BK for lunch but when I seen one of the staff's shirt was so covered with pet hair I couldn't get myself to stay ...I love animals as much as anyone but management should take care of a problem like this before the health department does

Came here today, 5/29/2025, at around noon. The manager rung up my order wrong, got upset when I tried to correct it but was able to get the correct order. Two people came in after me stating that they had mobile orders and she started yelling at them. The one asked who the manager was and if they could speak to them. She (the manager) proceeded to yell even more at the both of them. Even with them showing her proof of the mobile orders, she tried to refuse them. It was very awkward and concerning.

Ugh, do not eat here. The scruffy guy at the front counter was taking a leak when I entered the restroom. He exited without washing his hands. No way was I going to let him handle my food. Disgusting! Go somewhere else.
