We ordered a couple cheese runzas and the cheese was slapped in there cold and on only one end for one of the runzas. The runzas are definitely not as good as they used to be. The cheeseburgers were ok. Fries always good.

Last week, ordered a Runza meal, and an extra burger. Glad that I ordered the extra cheeseburger .......the dough on the Runza was EXTREMELY undercook, and.....it went in the trash! Wanted to ask for a refund, but didn't want to make a scene in front of my friends. Next time....just tell me the Runza isn't done baking. I'll understand!

Again, a great Runza! Good food and great service through the drive-through.
Usually have good service at this location. Not this time worst fast food experience ever ordered a double burger no bun no cheese. With two other meals. My meal was the only one that was messed up. We could hear the kitchen talking about how they made a mistake because the “weren’t told that there was no cheese, it just said no bun” when I finally got my burger there was so much mustard that not only did it look like cheese it was under the Pattie’s as well. Once I scrapped most of the mustard off I cut into the burger and they were both raw. We were also able to hear from the dining room the kitchen talking about how to use the double cheese burger that they made by mistake.
We frequent this Runza as a hometown favorite. Generally good service. The food is frequently on the chilly side when we get home about 2 minutes away but always tasty. Just can't beat a Runza sometimes.

It’s runza…so you know it’s amazing! I don’t live in Nebraska anymore so I always have to get runza when i am home. A must stop for any travelers coming through who have never experienced runza! Very clean restaurant and service was efficient and friendly. Food was fresh and hot! We even took some to go which is why we spent $10-20 per personParking: Easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking for a busy Sunday lunch service

This is by far the best, cleanest, and friendliest Runza I've been too. The food was cooked perfect and the fact that the cooks even said thank you when we left was great! Never have I been to a fast food place and had such great service!

Went thru the drive thru, asked for a BLT runza and I was told that they don’t have those. They have all the ingredients to make them, just didn’t want to. Used to own runza stock in several restaurants and everyone else took care of the customers but it was too much for the wahoo store.
