McDonald's has taken away the customer service aspect of the business. I dislike ordering on the kiosk, it's impersonal and sometimes confusing. Then when you go to the counter to pay, the employee seems miffed that you are bothering them.

Love eating here during my lunch break, aside from managers that don't care very much, I've noticed a number of times where an employee stepped up and did someone else's job because they didn't care enough to do it. I know they're short staffed right now but I'm still satisfied with the food, cleanliness, and service of the place.
