Typically I would have goto like a pizza for pick up. Well the other day I decided I was going to take my boyfriend to brunch as we are moving and this was normally the comfort place to go. My grandfather used to bring us every Sunday and we would have brunch he would play his keno in the corner circle table. We would meet aunts here and even my uncle that still today lives in Waverly. It used to be the go to for a quick sit down relaxing place.
When we decided to go we sat on the keno side. Waited for 15-20 mins before they even brought us a menu and asked for our drink order. The lady that took the order never came back. And decided she was down for the day while the other server did not know we were there. Finally I left a note saying we waited too long and started to leave. The server came over and said sorry I am the only one working today. As we left and said someone else started us off about 30 mins ago with just drinks.
We left and I waited to see if I should say something to the Owner and have had no luck contacting him.
I used to always say let's go to Grandpa's old spot and have lunch with him. Now I don't even bother because I know what type of service to expect.
I don't pressure this enough. Your loyalty is what makes your service so great. When you allow others to give bad service it puts a bad rep on your name.

Went to celebrate and we had a amazing waitress and clean restrooms. beer garden for smoking, played casino slot gaming machines, had a very enjoyable

I went in there expecting to drink a cold beer , eat some food & relax. That was not what I got , people working were to busy talking to each other and looking at their phones to even acknowledge anyone walked in the door . I had to go up to the bar to get a drink that was Luke warm , disgusting. After sitting there and looking at the salad bar I went with my gut and passed on the buffet that was run down and had been sitting all day with no care.I would say this place does not deserve one star.

Food was okay probably won't go back There was a lady in the lounge who's mouth could have made a Sailor blush every other word was F--- and very loud ....you could tell she was a local staff should have probably told her to keep it down I'm not a goody two shoes but I do try and respect my surroundings in a public place .

Food was okay Hot Wings and Tacos both cold waitress pretty much was not good service. Other people sent food back because of being cold and took the waitress lots of time to take customers orders and bring them back.

Lots of fun for a cheap price. They have fresh popped popcorn. The drinks are fairly priced, great place to relax.
