While we were at the Wayne Ne DQ- an older man fell and hit his head. The kindness shown by the staff was top notch - 2 workers sat with him while they waited for EMS. They took him ice for his head - a wet cloth to wipe the blood off his face . So kind .
I have to say in the 5 yrs I've lived here, the last 2 yrs dq in wayne has slipped. Most of our visits are in the evening. Just in the last 2 months each order has been wrong. We've called and have gotten no resolve, ask to speak with a manager and have been told message will be passed along. I have yet to get a phone call even with a follow up call from myself. Excellent food, service, overall dining experience. They resolve any issues with your order with ease. It's the very best DQ I've ever been to. The management and crew should be commended.
