I have never had a bad experience at any Jimmy Johns, the food is good for the price and is generally made ready within 5 minutes of ordering in store. With delivery I have had my food at my door within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy sandwiches and are in a hurry.

Food is great but the workers (two separate times now) have a tip option that starts at 15% and goes to 25% without an option for "no tip" you have to ask them to take it off or pay cash. I'm down with tipping but we're at the point that this is getting out of control. Heck, there's an option to tip at McDonald's by my house. This is getting ridiculous!!

Summary:Super fast, fresh and delicious! Makes me feel like I am making a healthier choice over a burger or fried chicken, with French fries. The ice in their soda machine is the really good kind too! (Note: this is not a cheap eats place! I feel the quality is worth it.)Expanded review:There was a jimmy John's on my walk home in college (Boiler Up!). I would stop in 3-4 days a week for their 15 cent day old bread! Sometimes treating myself to my favorite sandwich a club lulu!When this location opened in Leesburg I was so excited! At first my experience was not all that great, the people taking orders was really rude (to make it worse, I think it was the owner!). Even so, their sandwiches are so good; the poor attitude wouldn't stop me from coming.For me, it's all in the bread, it holds up to the fillings, even with extra everything! Also, growing up in New England, I must have Hellman's Mayo! The meats and veggies are always fresh, never a soggy tomato or wilted brown lettuce.There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor tables too. Most people don't eat in the restaurant, I am the same; unless I am filling up my belly before heading to the grocery store!Their chips are pretty good, but I always opt for a pickle 1/4r, crunchy, sour and salty! Perfect pair with my sandwich and much healthier than salt and vinegar chips!Want to pick up a fast lunch and tired of drive thru options, order a sub from Jimmy John's!

I get delivery and it is pretty good at times. But around 1-4pm I have noticed they don't know how to read a receipt. I understand as a business they may run out of things at things but when I get more then one item and only one has the item I wanted for both. It's not hard to read and put everything that the sandwich comes with especially when one has lettuce and then one doesn't like why no lettuce for me makes no sense? When done correctly it's good and I have no complaints but they need to learn to make what I pay for. Delivery drivers are always nice and do an amazing job though, they are doing good.

If you're not in the store to physically see what they are doing, your order will not come out the way you want. I don't know how many times things have been left out of the order, ingredients missing, instructions not followed. Every single time we order a pickle, it's never delivered or in the bag when going through the drive thru, we ask for one of our sandwiches to be cut in half, that never happens. It sucks because the food is really good and beats subway by a mile, but there is just no effort put forward to reading the orders as they come in and we are sick of spending extra money on our orders and not getting what we pay for.

Good food and best place to get a lettuce wrapped Umwich.Love the App's ease of use, but it silly to order a meal, walk in 10 min later to pick up but still have other walk-ins come in, order and get served BEFORE app orders.Spoke to person who acted like a manager, and was insulted when I asked why I should preorder by using the app if walk-ins can order and get served before me.She accused me of ordering and walking in a minute later.Dumb, dumb doesn't realize that I can see my 11:43 am order and picked up my meal at 12:13.Normally not a problem until you watch 5 others walk in after me, order and get served.
