The service was quick! I asked for some adjustments to be made to my meal, the manager Jesse made sure they were up to par. Jesse even brought the food to our tables and asked if we needed anything further. You don’t get service like this anywhere ! He was great :)

You could place a curbside order 15 minutes before you show up and you’ll still sit in a parking spot for 10 minutes. So slow!!

McDonald's is hit and miss it is never consistent. Sometimes the food will be good other times it won't be. Sometimes it is thrown together super messy and the staff can be rude other times the staff is great! Depends on the day and who is working.

Always waiting 10 minute for online pickup food multiple times.
Got a $5 meal deal after a long day and sat down to enjoy it. While eating my burger, I noticed something in my mouth that I couldn’t chew. Sure enough I pulled out a fingernail. Immediately threw the food up. Very disappointed in the lack of sanitary precautions and definitely will not be returning.

Traci was extremely kind and helpful when placing my order, when my order was made incorrectly she saw me standing in front of the register and immediately walked up and replaced my order. She is very smiley 😃

I ordered my food on the app ahead of time, and got there well before the breakfast rush. They made me pull forward to wait for my food and the next four people behind me as well. Then everyone else in the drive through is getting their food as the rest of us wait. Eventually, everyone else either leaves or gets their food as I’ve been waiting 15 minutes while everyone else is getting their food. I go inside as I’m about to be late for work and my food was just sitting there and they said “oh. Ya we just forgot to bring it out”. I take it and go to work. I didn’t get my drink, waited forever, and I go to eat my steak, egg, and cheese bagel, and it’s missing the egg. Poor customer service and they messed up my order.
