We stopped in October 1st while going through town. It was rough. Food came out not fully cooked. Pzones still cold in the middle. Took over an hour just to get food. We dined in. there were people that came in after us that got their food before we did. They've claimed several times they'd upload pizza hut cash to the rewards to make up for it and it's never once happened. we were told to email as well. I did this twice with no response.

The manager waited on us today, we had very friendly service! The breadsticks as an appetizer came out very quickly, then a couple minutes later there was our pizza! Very quick!! I was very happy with our experience today.

Order taco pizza and this is what we got. Called to ask why the difference. Out of tomatoes and always use plain chips not taco chips. Don’t go to Park Falls WI store.

am here now.sighn saying large pizza with 3 toppings for $10.00. I ordered large stuff crust with 2 toppings an large family bread sticks one beer.i was charged almost $35.00. I asked an was told about having to have coupon.the sign says nothing about that.all my fault.nothing advertised about coupon walking in and nobody said a word.this happens when's kids working an no adult supervision.also bread sticks are burnt an pizza instead of golden brown. need adults working here to communicate cause young ones have no idea.just cost customers more money for there own pockets.
