If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for them to take our order. Our order was their special. I got chicken wings and breadsticks and hubby got breadsticks and fries. 40 minutes later we finally got the wings cold and barely any sauce. 10 minutes later got his fries. I never did get the breadsticks. Asked several times and she kept saying they are almost done. There was only 2 other tables with people. They weren't happy either. I finally went up to pay and said I wouldn't be paying for the breadsticks I didn't get and she said oh it's because we are out. WHAT?! Why did the waitress not tell us that. She took off my meal but overcharged the other meal. I replied maybe to let a person know if you don't have a product when they order it. She gave me the stink eye. Won't be going back. EVER.
Only 1 start ,because 0 isn’t an option.Customer service was terrible. I ordered online and went for a pickup. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. The place was not even busy(not a shocker) the cashier was rude. Disregarded me even standing there. Walked passed me probably 10-11 times before saying anything to me. Pizza was incorrect and not all the way cooked. 10/01/2023 at 2:09pm was when I visited this location. Never will come here again.

Horrible customer service! I have never left a review on a place. No one answers the phone, after multiple attempts. So I ordered pizza online and went to pick up and stood there for several minutes before even greeted by a worker. 1 worker walked by multiple times. I 100% know she was busy but having a little smile or customer service goes a long ways. Simply say “be right with you” or something simple in that nature. This was not at a busy time of the day either so not like the place was packed. I will be ordering at Pizza Ranch or Casey’s from this point forward

Only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. This is the second time in a row now that I have ordered and have gotten the wrong order. I can understand if you run out of a product, but not telling the customer and giving them something different doesn't sit well with me. When I ask for original pan, I mean it. I don't want thin crust or hand tossed if I didn't ask for it. Fix yourselves, it's sad Casey's is better now. A gas station has you guys beat.

Nice, quiet and clean spot. Service was good and so was the pizza. Have had a hard time finding a solid pan pizza from Pizza Hut for a long time this place did a solid job

We ordered 2 large pizza's that was a total waste of money!!Pizza's were undercooked, had no flavor at all, and so disappointed.Would NOT recommend.

Super rude staff. Tried to dine in on Mother’s Day and even though there were only two tables in use from other customers at the time, we were told that our party of 6 adults with two high chair needing children could only be served at the bar height table (which obviously wouldn’t work with a high chair) and after arguing with us saying that she has to have room for smaller groups instead of letting us use two regular tables, we left and went somewhere else. When we told her we were going somewhere else because of her horrible service and non accommodating behavior, she then tried to tell us that we could sit at the tables we wanted if we were really going to make that big of a fuss. Needless to say, after her yelling at us, we obviously went to pizza ranch instead and had wonderful service!
