Love having scooters close by. Love the decor and atmosphere. Drive thru can be challenging to fit in if its real busy. Food is good overall though sometimes the flavors are all at the bottom at the end of the drink not stirred in well. I most dislike the constant asking for a tip when all you did was go through drive thru and do the job paid for. Love most the christmas light archway and gum drops decor and such.

we are what you call scooters addicts. we stop at them all over the place. we have a hometown scooters where we live and itâs always delicious. for some reason anytime we stop at this location in West point no matter what time of the day it is, the coffee part of the drinks always tastes burnt (might not be the right word for it) but itâs the only way to describe it. my husband even started ordering the cold brews, because the coffee is never âcookedâ or heated in the cold brew and it still tasted burnt. it stinks to because we make trips to omaha all the time. we either have to detour into norfolk or wait til fremont to get coffee. when we heard west point was getting one we were excited. definitely wonât be stopping at this one anymore.

We ordered 2 large prickly pear infusions. Im not sure what we got. There was no red bull in it, but it did have the purple color. Whatever the liquid in it was, was watered down. We have tried this place 4 times, and one time the oder was correct. Nice having it local, but too expensive to not get what we order.

the last 3 times ive come to this location i got a peanut butter power and it wasnt blended right. wouldnt be a big deal but the chunks of ice always get stuck in the straw and make it almost impossible to drink.

Went to Drive thru about 8am and The Girl Working Drive Thru was really loud to Hipper. I didn't like that Greeting. A Nice clear tone works fine. Then went to pay for my 2 Drink of $14 something I was Ask if I wanted to do a $5 to $10 TIP!!! WTH!!!! I didn't have anymore Free Drink from Grand Opening but she didn't make I got my Points!!! For spending $14.00 . Things to work on. 11/22/2025

I placed my usual order I get from all Scooter's locations (iced dirty chai tea latte with an extra shot of espresso) at this location through the app, and came through West Point to pick it up. The staff was friendly, and they had some cute decorations in the drive thru!
The staff confirmed my extra shot, and I told them I ordered one extra shot in addition to the shot that comes in the dirty chai. I was told a dirty chai did not have espresso in it, just the chai concentrate. I hate to be rude, as I'm sure they are doing as they thought was correct, and with the volume of traffic they've been experiencing, it has surely been stressful! We are thankful to have Scooter's in West Point! But the drink definitely didnt turn out as it usually does.
I took one of my daughters to Scooterâs in West Point the other day â my first visit to a Scooterâs. She ordered a drink that came out to just over $10, and then I was prompted to leave a tip. I had to pause and think, âA tip? For what exactly?â It felt a little strange to be asked to tip for simply handing me an already expensive drink. To make it even more ironic, when I gave the drink to my daughter, the order wasnât even right. Itâs hard not to laugh at how backwards that feels sometimes.
