Ordered a sandwich with double meat. Wasn’t given the correct sandwich. Went inside to correct the order, per the manager’s instructions beforehand and was ignored by the girl with hickies up and down her neck. The lady sweeping said “I promise it’s right” without checking. Left and heard/watched them talking about me very loudly and negatively. Went back in to ask why and was lied to. Left and heard/watched them speak just as loud and negatively about myself again. They were even heckling me as I walked out the second time as the door closed. Completely disrespectful and disgusting job on their end

I was traveling with my two daughters to Wayne state college. The service was amazing. Very nice people. Very helpful too. Our coupons wouldn’t work so she fixed it and was just very polite. The bathrooms and lobby were spotless. Cleaner than my house. lol. I appreciate this very much and have a new spot to stop at every time I’m up this way. 2/14/25 at 1:30 pm.

Went to Subway and asked for the $6.99 any sub meal deal. I also got a chicken foot long dipper for $3.00. Somehow I got way over charged. They charged me for the sandwich, the chips and the pop all separately and the dipper. Instead of the total being $10.00 it was about $12.50. You better check your receipts before leaving.

I wanted a steak and cheese wrap but I don't know if they don't do that anymore or what but got the flat bread and the black olives maybe 5 of them , onion maybe 4 pieces, and bell pepper maybe 4 pieces on a 12 inch. I won't be going back , I have never had Subway be so stingy with veggies !
Literally just went through the drive thur before they closed . First subway I went to in over a year. I ordered a sandwich with Sriracha. I don't know if I pissed the sandwich maker off or what, but she went way over board with the Sriracha!!!!

Be sure to order the Lettuce and Tomato on your BACON-LETTUCE-TOMATO sub bcz if you do not, then all you will receive is a "BACON" sub. And, when I phoned, Shelby, claiming to be mgmt, would not listen at first. Then, she said it was just the way it is done and that we should have known to separately add-on the Lettuce and Tomato on the B-L-T sub. She was both indifferent and rude. Unfortunately for her, our conversation was recorded.
