Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes 2/7/26 @2pm because the rt lane went fast and the girl seemed to only help the right lane and rarely help the left lane. She has no clue what she was doing and many people were angry! Go to Starbucks or scooters 🛴 if you want good service! Oh and did I mention the last 3 visits they made my drink wrong and I had to drive back?! They assume iced when I want hot every dang time

Great place to go if you want to pay $8 for ice…The drink I got was 90% ice and 10% drink. What a scam.
Stopped to get coffee but sat in drive thru for over 10 min we were second in line and no one came out to take our orders. All of the teenage girls were too busy with the car full of other teenagers and dogs in front of us. Then all huddled in the building as they were cold. We ended up backing out and left without ordering. Been to many different 7Brews and will have to say this was by far the worst customer service.
