We came in as a big top of 10 people to celebrate after competing in cross-country districts. After the team had endured the windy and dusty elements, the respite environment and spectacular service did not disappoint one bit. Our server, Rhianna, did a great job with the speed and accuracy of our orders. She did a great job staying on top of drink refills because these teens were a thirsty bunch! You would be too after running 5K in today's weather elements. ? The environment was busy for the 6-7pm hour but our server did not display to us that we were too much for her. We are a small-town team. The teens are a respectful group and I'm sure that was a factor in allowing her to serve us the best way possible. I just wanted to reach out and let Applebee's know that Rhianna R. did a great job and we appreciate the great service that she provided. The kids left hydrated and satisfied! Edited to add: I can't seem to reply to Applebee's response. I think it's great that businesses read reviews. Individuals and businesses all need to hear some kudos from time to time. ? #bhleads
Need someone in charge of TVs,to put on live , important,games,,a real sports fan.

I ended up here for lunch after driving 1600 miles and they were super nice, I had a great starter salad and a burger and fries. Staff was pleasant and friendly…I would recommend going here for sure
Parking: Was a busy parking lot but had no problem parking

Waited 10 minutes. Tables were clean and others were being cleaned but no one greeted us, took our name or let us know how long it would be. Went down the street to huddle house, was greeted and seated as we walked in the door.

I shouldn't have to go during off hours to be greeted within a decent amount of time. There were multiple tables clean and available but no one was being seated and we saw maybe one server out on the floor.

We get there at 11 am and the it took over a 40 minutes for are food very cold. What I ordered was wrong so I had to wait longer. There other people getting there at same time. We only got 10% of for lunches. Time I got my swess mushroom burger. I wasn't hungry very sad when no one cares
Actually the food is on point and the service too notch. Places like this are so under rated. Some of the best ribs I've ever had.

Food was okay. Our server was horrible, took order and 1 of 2 appetizers came out. She spent all of her time talking and holding hands with boyfriend. Finally after 35 mins food came out, and surprisingly so did a cold appetizer. She claimed she didn't know we would have wanted it out earlier. Never refilled drinks, we had to go to bar for drink refills and silverware. When we demanded appetizer come off check as we sent it back she went and asked the cook Mgr to resolve it instead of her floor Mgr. Needless to say check was finally resolved. However, once we were done and out the door the floor Mgr happen to come out at same time. We informed him of situation, he said he was going to address it. Have to do better.

This Applebee's is inside of the Best Western, and there's usually a good little wait, but staff is pretty nice and will seat you as quickly as possible. I ordered the white queso dip, and soon after it was brought to the table, we noticed a hair, not our own on the plate. It was replaced. However, it looked as though they switched out the queso but didn't replace the chips. My daughter ordered the four cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders. When it arrived, there was more grease from the tenders than cheese on the pasta. The tenders were small in size. The bourbon chicken I ordered was a little salty for my taste. When I received the bill, I was charged for the hairy queso. I would think that a dish that was sent back for hair would either be removed from the bill or, at the very least, price changed, but neither was offered.
