I stopped in while passing through town and I’m disappointed. They may jut be understaffed but it took a good 8 minutes for a server or hostess to come up amd help me. Another family who tried to dine there left before someone could come talk to them. All I wanted to do was place a Togo order and if someone would have helped me when I walked in I would have been out before they closed but that did not end uo being the case.

I had a very disappointing experience today. We arrived at the restaurant and the host told us there would be a 20–25 minute wait, which we were fine with. As I went to sit on the waiting bench, it completely gave out — the seat had foam but no support underneath, and I almost fell. I was holding my Yeti, which I always carry with cold water.
Instead of asking if I was okay after nearly falling, the host came over to tell me I couldn’t bring my Yeti inside because they didn’t know if it had alcohol in it. No concern for my safety at all — just a rude and unnecessary comment.
The service was awful, and that broken bench is a serious hazard. If an elderly person had sat there and fallen, it could’ve been a major liability. Very disappointing and definitely won’t be returning.

My dad has a streak of picking very bad restaurants. This Applebee's did not disappoint. Unlike other reviews, we did get seated almost right away. We ordered drinks without any problems. Our food took over an hour to get to us. 15 minutes before the food came, the waitress said she was going to help out in the kitchen. When our food got to us, Applebee's got ruined forever. My brother's chicken strips were staile and hard. My endless riblets were four meager chicken nugget sized pork bites with little sauce. The restaurant was out of shrimp and my dad's salad had no dressing even though he specifically ordered it. I said my riblets were kind of small and two big plates of ribs came out later. Apparently they were someone else's, so I didnt appreciate it much. One of the waitresses didn't know who ordered what at all. She didn't know who's mozzarella sticks she was carrying around, and asked one family at least four times. One waitress tried to bring a random salad to our table and we had no idea where it came from. Our whole family felt sick to the stomach after eating the food. We waited a good 15 minutes for the waitress to come get our credit card to pay for our food and eventually my dad just got up to bring it to her himself. Then my dad asked to speak to the manager, but they told him he would have to wait a really long time so we decided to just pay and leave. As we were leaving we heard our waitress say that someone didn't get their ribs and we immediately connected the dots. We also saw a now hiring sign and it wouldn't take a genius to find out why. Overall it was a terrible experience. Did I mention we had already driven 7 hours to get there and had 3 1/2 hours to go after the meal so it was very frustrating to watch precious time slip away as we waited for our food. My heart went out to the people waiting to be seated, unaware of their terrible fate.This restaurant deserves 0 stars.

We came in as a big top of 10 people to celebrate after competing in cross-country districts. After the team had endured the windy and dusty elements, the respite environment and spectacular service did not disappoint one bit. Our server, Rhianna, did a great job with the speed and accuracy of our orders. She did a great job staying on top of drink refills because these teens were a thirsty bunch! You would be too after running 5K in today's weather elements. ? The environment was busy for the 6-7pm hour but our server did not display to us that we were too much for her. We are a small-town team. The teens are a respectful group and I'm sure that was a factor in allowing her to serve us the best way possible. I just wanted to reach out and let Applebee's know that Rhianna R. did a great job and we appreciate the great service that she provided. The kids left hydrated and satisfied! Edited to add: I can't seem to reply to Applebee's response. I think it's great that businesses read reviews. Individuals and businesses all need to hear some kudos from time to time. ? #bhleads

I ended up here for lunch after driving 1600 miles and they were super nice, I had a great starter salad and a burger and fries. Staff was pleasant and friendly…I would recommend going here for sure

Waited 10 minutes. Tables were clean and others were being cleaned but no one greeted us, took our name or let us know how long it would be. Went down the street to huddle house, was greeted and seated as we walked in the door.

I shouldn't have to go during off hours to be greeted within a decent amount of time. There were multiple tables clean and available but no one was being seated and we saw maybe one server out on the floor.
