Made a simple request to be seated where we could see the World Series and it seemed to confuse three employees that they tried to seat us at the only table that we couldn’t easily watch any TV. Food was good.

Ordered the 2 for 25$ special with appetizer got our bill and was charged $8.99 for appetizer waitress said she would have to get the manager to fix it he came to our table and said since the credit card was ran he couldn't do anything about it that's bs east he could of offered us a gift card never going there again

We travel through here from time to time and had a bad experience last winter - we decided to give them another try today. It took 10 minutes to be seated and there were only six tables full in the restaurant. After a 40 minute wait (we were seated) we were served soup. It took an additional half an hour to receive our food. When we finally got it, my pasta had a film on top because it had sat for so long and it was luke warm. The appetizer plate - we had it before at another location - was like it was cooked yesterday. They burned the pretzels, the wanton shells were fried in what appeared and tasted to be dirty old grease and the ribblettes were cold and only glazed on one side. You don't want to know what the other side looked like. Best way to describe them is gray... They offered to replace my pasta but who knew how long that would take and it's always really cold in here no matter the season. It is very uncomfortable in here to the point no one wants to sit very long. The server was rude from sit down and her attitude got progressively worse after I got the manager. They also messed up the orders of two other tables while we were here. They sent the mashed potatoes back because they tasted metallic. They didn't complain and nothing was removed from their bill and they were here 35 minutes longer than us. The manager is aware this happened to us last winter and again today. She reports a staffing issue. I don't suspect that will get better as the GM is in the kitchen to help out today I'd rather eat McDonald's...let's see if they take the crappy pasta off our bill. They didn't comment on removing the appetizer plate. Update- pasta is off but we had to pay for the crappy appetizer plate. Whole meal should have been comped. We should have stuck to the Jerky and Warheads we had for snacks in the truck. Hope this review makes you go somewhere else- I don't ever leave reviews. PS: this place so bad we told the people in the lobby waiting for a table to go somewhere else. They didn't know what to say to that. If you have to eat here. Get the French Onion Soup. We had two wrong sandwiches from our order. The wrong sandwiches were great but we might would likely enjoyed the right food. The burger my wife order loved it and the desert were amazing.

We had an awful experience. Watched other tables get appetizers, one of ours came but no plates. 2nd appetizer came with the food but was a side. Over cooked food, cold food, awful experience. Totally unnecessary to send out a a line cook or the manager & not even offered a discount . Server never came back to fill drinks etc.
After a long day driving it was nice to find this place open later than most things in the area. The food was a good as any Applebee's and it was not too crowded for a Saturday night.

Got 2 drinks at the bar had to wait 15 minutes before a server finally appeared. And when I tried to pay with 100$ bill was informed they can’t make change for 100$. What kind of establishment won’t take 100$ bills?

Half the staff seemed like they were on something.. got half price wings..mine as well just went to the landscaping and ate the rocks there no difference. Drinks were no good. Would never stop there again. Ridiculous a person pays for service and food and get served nothing but garbage.
