My husband and I were on a road trip and I just needed a small snack with some protein as my blood glucose was dropping. I ordered the two-piece chicken strips. They were hot and fresh and my honey mustard was included in the bag with some napkins just as requested. They really hit the spot!

First sandwich with burnt bun, tried it anyway, just taste like burnt bread..so went back out and simply asked for it to be replaced...second picture is the replacement... 👌 nailed it. Super job. Just wow. Love it. At least it's consistent quality. Consistent. Love throwing 10 bucks in the trash, it was annoying enough going back for a replacement. Thanks, for wasting 30 minutes of time and money - it was supposed to be a "quick" lunch because I had to work...guess I'm skipping lunch today. Thanks team!

I got a couple sliders and the order of jalapeño bites. My sliders were mashed up in a little ball, and my jalapeño bites were old food was horrible.

Disappointed they don't have potato cakes. The jamocha shakes don't have much flavor anymore. It's like they got cheap with the coffee and chocolate. The rest of our food was good.

I will never be going to an arbys again after this last experience got take out and both the sandwiches were cold not even warm and the one sandwich tast like had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.Worst 20 bucks spent on one meal and one sandwich and drink
