Worst Dairy Queen I can think off. Always understaffed and new employees. Bad management it seems. Had to drive away from ordering after waiting 10 minutes just to order. I'll never be coming back to this one.

Don't go here unless you want to deal with rude staff. They think its ok to tell kids they take to long to make decisions then refuse to give them their cups for water. When an adult asks for their drink they make sure to inform adults they better not have soda in their cups. Then when management is approached about it and just shrugs at you and doesnt care.

The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is for the young man who is at the counter at this moment having to take care of everybody. His name is Loysen. The female who was cooking with a feather tattoo on her neck, was totally being rude to him while he was trying to take care of I who was delivering and people who are also coming through the door. Keep up the good work, young man.Those females that are working behind you and beside you can take a lesson from you.

Waited 40 minutes for cold food then got my sandwich and it didn’t even have pickles on it which I requested. Then I got the ingredients in a box to make my own sandwich. If I wanted to do that I would’ve went to McDonald’s and paid way less for the same service and food.
