Waited 40 minutes for cold food then got my sandwich and it didn’t even have pickles on it which I requested. Then I got the ingredients in a box to make my own sandwich. If I wanted to do that I would’ve went to McDonald’s and paid way less for the same service and food.

Absolutely horrible place wanted dq because it sounded good. 5 cars in drive and 2 cars for inside. Not busy at all. Took 15 minutes between orders. Decided I didn't want to wait. Went to Wendy's instead they were busy but I was in and out within 3 minutes.
Drive threw gal was very friendly and my flame thrower burger and cheese curds were delicious ill always be back.

I order blizzards here every now and again. I would say about 50% of the time I go here the ice cream is melted, watery, and not very cold… other times I go and the ice cream is perfect; ice cold and solid; this is the best experience where one can sit down and enjoy the flavors without rushing to eat it in a hurry before it melts even more. Please be more consistent with the temperature.
Edit: so I came back today to another melted ice cream…. Is it so hard to make sure the ice cream is cold while I wait behind 3 cars? Don’t you have a temporary freezer for the customers waiting in line? Unbelievable.
